Description :
Filter media is constructed from non- woven , polyester / woolen felt supported by metallic mesh and crimped to form deep folds. Speacial treatment is given to ensure that there is no migration of fibre as well as dust durning working .Filter Folds Areseparated with the help of Aluminum Comp Type spacers for equally distribution of folds . Filter pack is housed in M.S. painted / power coated ,Gl, stainless steel casings. The filter media media is sealed to the casing with different kind of adhesive to suit various applications.Casings are available in Flange / Channel type construct-ion . Suitable gasket is provided on the downstream side of flange . A duplex version is also available on demand to increase efficiency and dust holding capacity.Filters can be cleaned by applying reverse air at low pressure.
